We currently do not offer a catalog. Please check back or call 1-800-RAIDERS for more info and/or timing for future catalogs.

Can I make a change to my order or cancel it after
it is placed?
Once an order is placed online, it may be changed unless already packaged
and shipped. To change or cancel an order, please call 1-800-RAIDERS and
have your order number available. Or e-mail us at CustomerService@RaiderImage.com
immediately after placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate
your request. We cannot guarantee that the change will be made as it may
have already been processed. Our goal is to send all orders out as soon
as possible. If you are not able to change or cancel the order before
it is processed, you can simply return it.

Will I get a receipt or confirmation of order
after I’ve placed the order?
Yes. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail
that will include a description of the item or items, the quantity of
your order, as well as the status of your order (in process, or shipped.)
Please note: If there is any adjustment to your order, it will not be
reflected in this e-mail.

How do I track a package?
Once your order is processed you will receive another e-mail confirming
the shipment. It will contain the UPS tracking number assigned to your
package along with a link to the UPS homepage so you can track your order
online.

How do I make a purchase without using the Internet?
You can order merchandise from the Raider Image, LLC by sending us a money
order or check through the mail. Simply choose the items you would like
to purchase online and hit the Check Out button. Your entire order will
show. Print this page after filling in your shipping information and send
it to us with your check or money order. Please be sure to add shipping
and tax to your order if applicable. Please note orders being paid by
check must be held for 2-3 weeks for clearance before shipping out the
merchandise.

Do I pay sales tax?
If your order is being shipped inside of California you must add 8.75%
sales tax to your merchandise total.

Can I order something that is on back order?
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we are unable to guarantee
that out of stock items will be available for re-order. As a result we
do not accept back orders. Items that are not discontinued will reappear
on the web once they are available for purchase.

What happens if I order something that becomes
out of stock?
Most products on our site are in stock. However, in the event that an
item is out of stock due to high demand or limited availability, the rest
of your order may be shipped. An adjustment will be made to your merchandise
total and shipping cost to reflect the remaining contents of your order.

Can I combine sales offers? What is your Sales Policy?
Sales offers cannot be combined. Any order that has received a discount through a coupon code for a
percentage or dollar off is not eligible for additional price adjustments
in the future unless otherwise noted. Our Sales Policy that Promotions and Sales can be applied to orders that were placed up to 3 days prior to the start of the Sale or Promotion. Anything that exceeds the 3 day period is not eligible for the price adjustment.

Do you take International Orders?
Yes, we do take international orders. The orders must be paid in U.S.
funds. Please be aware International orders have a higher shipping charge
and are subject to local taxes and duties. Due to International customs,
select items offered at the Raider Image, LLC. may not be able to import
into select countries.

Can I use my Raider Image Online Gift Certificate at any Raider Image store location?
Gift Certificates purchased online must be redeemed through our web site, RaiderImage.com. Online Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable at Raider Image store locations.

What happens if I do not use my entire online Gift Certificate?
Any unused portion of your online Gift Certificate will be put towards your next purchase online at RaiderImage.com.

What happens if I go over my online Gift Certificate total?
If the order exceeds the online Gift Certificate amount, the remaining balance must be paid online at checkout with a valid Master Card, Visa, or American Express credit card.
